I know the forecast is for snow, but spring is coming. Keep your eyes open in March for the daffodils. Last fall the Jackson Heights Beautification Group planted over 3,000 bulbs along the east side of the BQE and the median on 34th Avenue from the BQE to Junction Blvd. Just hold on a little longer. March will be here soon.

This is the day we get Jackson Heights out of the winter blues and ready to be the “Garden Community” it was designed as. This year we will be working on our newest garden at 34th Avenue and Junction Blvd. There will be seeds to plant, mulch to spread and signs to hang. Spring is just around the corner!
