In the latest episode in our Covid podcast series, host Alfonso Quiroz interviews the founders of local food pantry Love Wins. Operating from Friends Tavern on Roosevelt Ave on Fridays, this neighborhood food distribution program serves as many as 500 people on a given day. Many of the staff are from the LGBTQ community who make a special effort to welcome a diverse population to the pantry.
